We eventually dropped down our unlimited plans unfortunately, which stinks because we needed them for work but hey they never worked anywhere we needed them to except an hour from home and our main office, anyway. The cell phone service is great in my present location. I won't go anywhere else for my cellphone needs! So be mindful in all your decisions.

It amazes me when I go into some other stores and start dealing with them as a secret shopper.

You can have up to five lines on one account. This budget-minded handset is no cheap simpleton. Sadly these type of dealers go on doing these things without being complained about to corporate. It took us calling several times after a few months just to get that. Regret switching to them from Boost, Boost had way better and faster data! With multiple phones and plans it can be confusing. T-Mobile performs better in cities, but it covers less of rural America than other networks. The whole experience was one of the worst customer service experience I've had. My data doesn't work, have to find a Wi-Fi. Although the internet said they were open.
Six days have gone by where I still don't have the use of my phone nor have it fixed. Although menu icons were crisp, more complex images looked grainy and color gradients were streaky. They should not inform consumers they can flash other phones for a fee then afterwards inform them of the problems due to flashing??? Usually i walk away and find another way to meet my needs. I can forgive some acting up, we're all understanding here, but there's a limit. I try one more time, this time feeling desperate because I needed it.
At this point they told me there was nothing wrong with the phone but, I should take it to the Service Store anyway. You worked so great all the way across country to our new home, even places I never dreamt you'd work. I went to the store where I purchased the phone.
