I don't know for sure but I don't have a problem with Lifetime movies so that's not an issue for me. This is based on a true story. This is a testament to that.
Torn between playing by the book and seeking justice, he resurrects the masked street legend El Chicano. It was worth watching for me though. Instead, she found herself being chased and eventually abducted by a man in a car. It needs better production to give it a darker sensibility. I started watching this with no expectation, and after about 30 minutes I was really engrossed in the story. It is a great story.
